Jim (Cillian Murphy) wakes up from a coma to find London deserted--until he runs into a group of crazed plagued victims. He slowly finds other human remaining survivors (including Naomie Harris), with which he heads off across the infected countryside to find the source of a radio broadcast that promises safety and food as well as a fresh start. 28 Days Later's portrait of how people behave in extreme circumstances. It is full of suspense and horrific scenes.
